Is there sales tax on my order?

NeatKitty.com follows all state regulated sales tax laws. At this time customers shipping orders to destinations within the state of California will have California state sales tax automatically added to their order at time of check out. For international orders, the customer is responsible for any and all duties, tariffs, customs fees or other charges specific to the country that you have requested the items to be shipped to. We cannot mark your item as a gift or misrepresent the value of your package. (top)

How is my order packaged?

Most orders are shipped in a USPS shipping box. Your order will go through three check points to insure that your items are accurately and safely packed. Your order is then lovingly packed with packing peanuts, tissue wrap and/or bubble wrap. (top)

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we do ship to all military addresses via United States Postal Service (USPS). When placing an order for military, just select the APO/Military shipping option. (top)

What are my shipping options?

We know that shipping prices are important to you! Therefore we ship all of our packages through the United States Postal Service which is the most cost effective and secure shipping method for shipping goods world wide. All packages shipped with in the United States will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. If you live outside of the United States then you will be presented the following options for International shipping:

International First Class by the United States Postal Service ( 2 to 6 weeks delivery time) charges vary based on weight.

Priority Mail International ( 6 to 10 days delivery time) charges vary based on weight and generally start around $19.00. This is the safest and most secure way to ship orders internationally. This is the recommended shipping option for all international orders. (top)

Do you offer free shipping?

To show our appreciation for our customers, we do offer free shipping on all orders over $60.00 that are shipped with in the United States.

What forms of payment do you accept?

The only forms of online payment we accept are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. (top)

What do I do if my package is damaged?

In the unfortunate event that your package arrives damaged, the first thing to do is give us a call. Once we have the specifics of your order and the damage, we can start the claims paperwork with the USPS. Once this process is started, it usually takes two to three business days before we are able to either issue a credit or reship the product. (top)

What do I do if I have not received my order yet?

If you feel that you should have received your order by now, wait one more day! With each order that ships from our warehouse there is an e-mail sent to the address that is supplied when the order is placed. That e-mail contains the tracking number associated with your order. If you did not receive an e-mail a day or two after you placed your order, please e-mail or give us a call. (top)

What if I want to cancel my order?

All order cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Due to our fast order processing, all orders normally ship out the very next day, excluding weekends. (top)

What is your policy of returns and refunds?

All products unopened and returned within 30 days of purchase will be fully refunded. We do not accept any returns on tools or electric grooming devices once opened. Store gift certificates are non-refundable. Returned products must be accompanied by a receipt from purchase and sent postage paid. But realize, we are pretty confident that you are going to love every purchase! For exchanges and improper addresses provided we do charge for the additional cost of shipping. (top)
